Monday - Vinyasa Flow - 4:30-5:30

Tuesday - Vinyasa Flow - 5:30-6:30

Thursday - Vinyasa Flow - w/emphasis on strength 5:30-6:30

Friday - Gentle relaxing practice w/sound healing - 2:00-3:00



Yoga has endless possibilities for growth, health and connection. 

Our yoga practice includes strengthening, mobility and flexibility for all levels. Along with moments to de-stress and connect.
