Monday - Vinyasa Flow - 4:30-5:30
Tuesday - Vinyasa Flow - 5:30-6:30
Thursday - Vinyasa Flow - w/emphasis on strength 5:30-6:30
Friday - Gentle relaxing practice w/sound healing - 2:00-3:00
